Hantoor App Account and Personal Data Deletion Policy
Hantor is committed to upholding the highest standards of privacy and data protection, in accordance with the requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Users have the full right to delete their accounts and associated data at any time.
1. How to Request Account Deletion (Mandatory Procedures)
We offer two ways to request account deletion. Please choose the method that best suits you:
Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Recommended Method)
This is the fastest and most secure way to delete your account, and it meets the essential requirements of Apple and Google for an in-app deletion option.
Open the Hantoor app and log in to your account.
Go to Settings.
Look for the Delete Account or Deactivate Account option.
Follow the in-app instructions (you may be asked to re-enter your password or a verification code to ensure the request is from the account owner).
Processing Time: Your account and associated data will be deleted within 7 business days of the request confirmation date.
Method 2: Requesting Deletion via Web/Email
This method is used as an alternative or additional option to meet Google Play’s requirement of providing a web link for deletion requests.

Message Content: Please provide us with the following information to verify your identity:
Full name registered in the app.
Email address registered in the app.
Phone number registered in the app.
Processing Time: After identity verification, your deletion request will be processed within 30 days of the request date.
2. What is deleted? (Compliance with Deleting All Data)
When you delete your account, you are requesting the complete deletion of your account history. The following data will be permanently deleted:
Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Name, email address, phone number, and location (if applicable).
User Content: All posts, photos, or any content you have created or uploaded through the app.
Activity Log: App usage data, your preferences, and transaction history (if not legally required).
Exceptions (Data That May Be Retained)
Some data may be retained for a limited period only if legally required and will be handled as follows:
Legal Retention: Financial/tax records, or data that local laws require to be retained for a specific period.
Anonymization: We may retain aggregated and statistical usage data stripped of any personally identifiable information to improve the service without compromising your privacy.
3. Important Notes
Irreversible Action: Account deletion is a permanent action. We will not be able to recover your account, data, or content after the deletion process is complete.
Apple Sign-In (if you use it): If you use Sign-in with Apple, we will completely revoke the licenses associated with your Apple account as part of the deletion process.
